Terms & Conditions - Prize Draw


1. The raffle will take place within 72 hours after the promotion period.
2. Bet €10 on any Dutch football game at odds 1.5 or greater and get your ticket for the raffle.
3. The prizes are:
• 100 Eredivisie giftcards.
• Each giftcard is worth in €80.
• Giftcard holders can buy tickets for their favourite Eredivisie football club or use it for merchandise of their favourite Eredivisie football club. Giftcards can also be used in the fan shop of the club.
• Winners will be contacted by phone or e-mail after the raffle.
4. Winners will be selected by a computerized randomizer tool. Player´s account must be open at the time of the draw. If a winner's account has been closed prior to the draw, we reserve the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternant participant selected in the same manner.

General Terms and Conditions for Holland Casino Online Prize Winners


1. These general terms and conditions shall apply to all products offered by Holland Casino and accepted by Prize Winners as well as all services offered and accepted by Prize Winners, hereinafter referred to as "Prizes" and "Prizes".
2. Holland Casino aims to ensure that the descriptions of the Prizes on its website are correct and error-free. Holland Casino shall not be liable for any textual errors, and the Prize Winner shall not be entitled to rely on any textual errors.
3. Prizes cannot be subsequently altered nor exchanged for cash.
4. Prizes may not be resold to third parties or otherwise commercially provided directly or indirectly to third parties.
5. Where Holland Casino has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse, it shall be entitled to withdraw, cancel or block any Prize won.
6. In cases of force majeure Holland Casino will consult with the Prizewinner to jointly determine how the Prizewinner can still benefit from a won Prize or an alternative product or service.
7. Holland Casino reserves the right to stop or modify its offer of Prizes at any time without notifying visitors to the website and without giving reasons. In these cases no claim can be made for any compensation.
