Increasing your deposit limit: FAQ and instructions

Just like all other license holding online casinos in the Netherlands, Holland Casino Online is under the supervision of the Kansspelautoriteit (Dutch Gaming Commission). This means that we are legally obliged to take measures to ensure that playing in our online casino is linked to a traceable source of income appropriate to each player’s playing behaviour and funds.

If you want to raise your limit, we ask you to provide documents demonstrating that your deposit limit amount is proportionate to your playing behaviour and source of income or funds.

Deposit limit for new players

Since 22 May 2024, all new players at Holland Casino Online are subject to lowered standard deposit limits. This is not a legal requirement, but is in line with Holland Casino Online’s safe and responsible policy.

The following standard deposit limits apply:
•   Daily limit : €2,000 (maximum);
•   Weekly limit : €7,000 (maximum);
•   Monthly limit : €30,000 (maximum);
•   Up and until the age of 23 years, a maximum of €400 per calendar month applies.

If you want a higher limit, we will need more information and documentation from you.

1. What information do we need from you and why?

Depending on your funds or source of income, this could be a recent pay slip, a bank statement, a profit and loss account, an inheritance, or a tax return form. We will use this information to determine whether your deposit limit is proportionate to your income or funds. 3. How do I know if my increased deposit limit was approved?

After our analysts have determined whether the amount of your income or funds is commensurate with your increased deposit limit, you will receive an email from us. Herein we will state whether your request has been approved or if we find another deposit limit better suiting you.

4. When will my increased deposit limit be adjusted?

Once we have reviewed and approved the information you sent us, your deposit limit will be adjusted. From then on, the seven-day statutory cooling-off period commences as that applies to an increase of the deposit limit. After that, your increased deposit limit is automatically in use.

What will you do with my data?

We will treat the information you have provided with due care. Only a few authorised Holland Casino Online analysts will be permitted to view your information. Your data will be retained as prescribed by law in a secured environment for up to five years.
