From 1 October 2024, new rules on deposit limits will apply to all online casinos. By default, every new player sets their deposit limits before they can start playing. This is your gross deposit limit. If you are an existing player, all you have to do is check and accept your existing deposit limit when you are logging in from 1 October.

Gross means the total amount you deposit into your gaming account in one calendar month, weekly or daily. Once you reach this limit, you cannot deposit anything more in that calendar month. For new players aged 18 - 24, the monthly gross deposit limit is up to €150. For new players from the age of 24, this is up to €350.

Log in and in ‘My Account’ choose ‘Deposit limits’ in ‘Safe and responsibly gaming’. When setting your limit, you need to know how much you can lose. Take into account all your monthly income and expenses.

The net deposit limit consists of the amounts of money you have deposited minus all the amounts you withdraw within a calendar month. In other words, you can see what you have net deposited and withdrawn to stay within a maximum deposit limit.

Two examples:

Example 1: 24+ player with a net deposit limit of €800 and gross deposit limit of €1,000. Suppose you make three deposits of €200 in a month, and you make one withdrawal of €100 in the same month then your net amount is at €700. You can then deposit another €100. Until you finally reach the net deposit limit of €200 or the gross deposit limit of €1,000.

Example 2: You have set both your monthly net deposit limit and gross deposit limit at €700.

• You deposit €700.
• You withdraw €50. On balance, you have then net deposited €650.
• You can't deposit anything more now because you've reached your gross deposit limit.

We are obliged to give you seven days' reflection time after requesting and approving an increase of your gross deposit limit. We cannot undo this. After these seven days, you can play with your new limit. You may have to log out and in once.
