If the five consecutive cards are also one of the same suit (clubs, spades, diamonds and hearts) it is worth more. This is called a straight flush. If this straight flush consists of the five highest cards of a deck (Ace, King, Queen, Jack and 10), it is called a royal flush. This is the highest possible combination in Poker.
