How do the net deposit limit and gross deposit limit work?
Two examples:
Example 1: 24+ player with a net deposit limit of €800 and gross deposit limit of €1,000. Suppose you make three deposits of €200 in a month, and you make one withdrawal of €100 in the same month then your net amount is at €700. You can then deposit another €100. Until you finally reach the net deposit limit of €200 or the gross deposit limit of €1,000.
Example 2: You have set both your monthly net deposit limit and gross deposit limit at €700.
- You deposit €700.
- You withdraw €50. On balance, you have then net deposited €650.
- You can't deposit anything more now because you've reached your gross deposit limit.
What can I do if I have reached my monthly net deposit limit?

I haven't reached my net deposit limit yet, but I can't deposit (anymore). Why is that?
There are several situations why you can't deposit while you haven't reached your net deposit limit. Often it is because you have reached your gross deposit limit. If this is also not the case, contact the service desk.
I have increased my gross deposit limit, why hasn't it been updated yet?
We are obliged to give you seven days' reflection time after requesting and approving an increase of your gross deposit limit. We cannot undo this. After these seven days, you can play with your new limit. You may have to log out and in once.
